Terms of Service

1. Who we are

JADE CLOUD Patterns ("we", "us") sells original digital pattern designs for download. You can reach us at hello@jadecloudpatterns.com.

2. Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (merchant of record), which also handles applicable sales tax / VAT. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and a download link is issued.

3. Digital delivery

Products are digital files delivered instantly via download link after checkout, and by email as a backup. No physical goods are shipped. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

4. License

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license:

• You may use the patterns in personal and commercial projects, including physical products you sell, up to 5,000 product units per purchase.
• You may modify, recolor and crop the files for your projects.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the original files, claim authorship of them, use them to train machine-learning models, or mint them as NFTs.

5. Refund policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If a file is corrupt, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, files and site content are the property of JADE CLOUD Patterns and are protected by copyright law. All designs are original creations; no third-party artwork is used.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use automated systems to scrape or bulk-download the site, and not to attempt to circumvent payment for any product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
